This quote is a really funny one and in my opinion it is based on the truth. Almost al the Americans just speak American. I think that someone wrote this as a joke towards Americans.

I think this quote is really good. It shows you how strange languages sometimes can be, it isn’t always that logical.

At these moment you want to absolutely say anything that comes up. This quote says it in a very nice way that freedom of speech is very important, especially at certain moments, but I think you can always say what you want. You can’t swear all the time ( when there’re little children, you have to choose you words more precisely), but except for that, you have to be allowed to say what you want.
